08/20/2024 To begin, I must admit that I have a significant apprehension towards dental visits, stemming from unpleasant experiences with my previous dentist over an extended period. Consequently, I was delighted to finally have the opportunity to visit a new dental clinic. This morning, I contacted the clinic to inquire about the earliest available appointment to address an ongoing issue with one of my teeth that has been bothering me for the past few weeks. Remarkably, they were able to accommodate me within a few hours.

The receptionist I spoke with over the phone was exceptionally courteous and friendly, which helped alleviate some of my anxiety. However, upon arriving at the clinic, my anxiety levels escalated, causing my legs to tremble. Fortunately, the dental assistant engaged in a warm and personal conversation with me, which helped calm my nerves rather quickly. Typically, it takes me a while to feel at ease in such situations, but their approach was highly effective.

The dentist herself was equally impressive. She displayed utmost kindness and politeness throughout the consultation. Despite the condition of my teeth, she refrained from any judgment and demonstrated a genuine understanding of my concerns. Her continuous conversation with me further contributed to my comfort during the visit.

I wholeheartedly recommend this dental clinic to anyone seeking dental care. I intend to return for future appointments and will gladly share my positive experience with my friends and family. Caitlyn Brungardt Google
